Description
Grape variety: 100% Vermentino. Vermentino, an indigenous Sardinian variety, yields wines of great character. Its widespread presence across the island—spanning diverse growing environments—ensures that the resulting wines display not only the variety’s classic, signature traits but also strong, unique personalities reflecting their specific production zones.

Description: A wine that beautifully expresses both its grape variety and its terroir. It is crafted from a selection of grapes grown in an old, 60-year-old vineyard in the Serdiana area. Its brilliant straw-yellow hue hints at the freshness found first on the nose—characterized by floral, citrus, and Mediterranean aromas—and then on the palate, where its full fragrance shines through. It is a profound, savory wine, shaped by the minerality of the soils where the vines have rooted for decades. Its perfect concentration results in a full-bodied, balanced wine.
Food pairings: Versatile; pairs excellently with seafood dishes, as well as pasta courses and white meats.
Serving temperature: 8–10°C.
