Authentic *culurgiones* following the tradition of Escalaplano, handmade in our farm-based pasta workshop in Orroli. Made with wheat grown on our farm and filled with our own house-made cheese. Packaged in a protective atmosphere (MAP) to preserve their full freshness, they are ready in just 3–4 minutes of cooking. The authentic taste of Sardinia, from our fields to your table.
